Supernatural Festival presents five totally new documentary films! Watch them live every day at 11:00PM on the television channel B92. Brand new Supernatural movies deal with four big topics of this year's Supernatural Festival: biodiversity, recycling, organic food and green architecture.

BELGRADE DESIGN WEEK

News from Belgrade Design Week! Supernatural is selected as one of the 10 most successful projects that made impact on the Belgrade creative industry in the year behind us. Smart City, the final panel of this year’s conference SMART2, will gather 10 most successful creatives that have marked the previous year with their contribution and by giving the impulse to the creative industry of Belgrade! During the session, delegates will have the unique opportunity to directly learn and hear from the greatest creative experts in Serbia about the planning, production and results of their projects that are about to mark or already represent parameters for the development of the entire society. By decision of the Belgrade Design Week team, as a donation for the citizens of Belgrade, the entry to this session is free, in Atelje 212 on Saturday June 05. from 16h.

SUPERNATURAL EKO PAVILION AT MIKSER FESTIVAL

Supernatural EKO Paviljon

Supernatural will present it's Eco Pavilion at this year's Mikser festival. Eco Pavilion will host exhibition of photography from Supernatural Festival in period 2007-2010, with additional ecology workshops on the spot. SUPERNATURAL ECO PAVILION AT KALEMEGDAN!

Hereby we invite you to the opening of the Supernatural Eco Pavilion, 29th of April at the Kalemegdan Fortress (next to "music pavilion") starting at 01:00PM. Just to remind you, Supernatural Eco Pavilion represents winning solution of the Kako.KO studio at the public competition organized by Supernatural movement and Belgrade Society of Architects. RECYCLING FOR FREE TICKETS - SUCCESS!

During the 16th, 17h and 18th of April, at the Nikola Pašić square in Belgrade, Supernatural organized the action of free ticket giveaway for visitors who recycled 3 plastic bottles, 3 aluminum tin cans & 3 papers. 5000 people used the opportunity to enter the Supernatural Festival for free!

All those who missed the chance to recycle for free tickets will be offered to buy tickets at the festival gates (25. April) for 300 RSD. All free tickets are handed away so there will be no more chance to recycle for free tickets at the day of the festival.

HYPNOTIZED

A new band on the local scene - Hypnotized, in standard rock formation: vocals, guitar, bass, drums. In beginning of the 2010. the guys produced and published their first studio album titled "Big Natural". Admirers of rock music will have to come to Supernatural Festival and hear fresh songs from their new album "Big Natural". Band members are: Ilija Šetka - vocals, Djordje Alempić - guitar, Marko Glavan - bass guitar & Andreja Jovanović - drums. The all-round attraction and guest vocals on the album is Hystery, who will perform with the band at the Supernatural Festival 2010.

RECYCLING FOR FREE TICKETS!

Recycle and enter the Supernatural Festival for free! During the 16th, 17th and 18th of April we will be giving free tickets to all those who bring 3 plastic bottles, 3 aluminum tin cans & 3 papers (magazine, newspapers or cardboard) to the Nikola Pašić square in Belgrade, from 12h to 19h. The policy is one ticket for each person, and the number of free tickets is limited. During the following weekend, visitors will be able to buy tickets at the day of the festival (25. April) in front of the festival gates, at the price of 300 RSD.

DARKWOOD DUB

Certainly one of the best bands of former Yugoslavia - Darkwood Dub will perdorm this year on Biodiesel stage, Supernatural Festival 2010. The band will also present their latest album "Jedinstvo" (Unity) released in 2008. for the B92 label. Come and enjoy the music of Darkwood Dub only at Supernatural Festival 2010!

SVI NA POD!

Svi Na Pod! is an unique project in Serbia. They got the attention of the general public as the winners of Jelen Top 10 and MTV Dance Floor charts, as well as by being selected as the best band on the local scene by "Studio B". The band is promoting fresh indie-pop sound with the elements of trip-hop & dancehall. Check them out at our Biodiesel Stage!

Legendary pioneers of Dub/Dance music ZION TRAIN will perform on Supernatural Festival 2010 Biodiesel stage. They are one of the finest live dub acts on the planet and promoted the practice of dynamic onstage dub mixing which they perform alongside acoustic instruments and the best vocalists. ADAM RAFFERTY

Straight from Harlem, New York guitarist Adam Rafferty will perform this year on Biodiesel Stage, Supernatural Festival 2010. Adam has played in the New York City subway on up to New York’s and Europes most upscale music rooms and concert halls. He's led his own band through Europe, produced his own albums, and never doubted for one minute his sole purpose in life to play the guitar. Among Adam’s musical innovations is the ability to play 2 simultanoeous melodies on the guitar and do hip hop flavored "human beatbox" with his mouth at the same time. DJ AKI & MC YUUKI

Japanese drum'n'bass duo DJ AKi & MC YUUKi will perform this year on Supernatural Festival 2010. Leading figures of Dublab Productions (DLP), the main force behind Japanese drum'n'bass scene will transfer the vibrations from Japanese dance floors right to Košutnjak, Belgrade. AKi and YUUKi are the leading producers for the one of the best Japanese night clubs WOMB, which guarantees positive atmosphere. SUPERNATURAL RADIO!

Supernatural presents: SUPERNATURAL RADIO! Starting February the 13th, tune into radio B92 and listen to the new Supernatural radio show on the topics of ecology and sustainable development practices. Supernatural Radio is broadcasting every Saturday after the morning news, bringing you fresh information on several important topics such as renewable energy sources, recycling, green architecture, biodiversity, organic food and other interesting stuff from the world of ecology. Following the authentic spirit of the Supernatural Festival already known for interesting fusion of education and fun, Supernatural Radio will host different public figures and experts every week. So, make sure to set your radio to the B92 frequency and start your new green day with Supernatural Radio.

SUPERNATURAL Presents: Public lecture by Édouard François

In the series of events regarding the public call for Supernatural Eco Pavilion, Supernatural environmental movement will organize public lecture by French architect Édouard François. Edouard François is one of the leading protagonists of green/sustainable architecture in the international arena. His work focuses on matter, context, use, economy and ecology, following the preoccupations of sustainable development.

European team of architects and urbanists "Édouard François" based in Paris, are also working on landscape design and graphic design projects. François became known to the public in 2000 with "the building that grows", built in Montpellier on the banks of the Léz and widely publicized by the ministry of culture’s campaign on quality in architecture, followed by the "flower tower" in Paris (a building, bordering a public park, completely veiled in white bamboo) and the "fouquets barrière" (a 80-room hotel, located on the Champs Elysees).

Supernatural is an environmental movement that aims to raise environmental awareness of the people in Serbia. Such determination implies participation in art & ecology projects which contribute to the sustainable development of Serbia. This year, through architectural competition and workshops, Supernatural has the intention to educate a whole new generations of Serbian architects in the fields of sustainable development, applied ecology and green architecture.

ECO PATROL

Starting this year, Supernatural movement will establish ECO PATROL, a gathering place for all young people and activists ready for practical environmental actions. We are open to all people interested in active and smart improvement of our natural and urban environment. During the course, volunteers will enroll in the educational program on how to plant trees, clean the river banks, gather & recycle waste etc. ECO PATROL is a group of volunteers based around the idea of active improvement of our living environment. Young people who want some experience in the ecology domain will have the chance to get the critical environmental knowledge through teamwork. The education will cover topics such as: recycling techniques, foresting, renewable energy sources etc. More info >>

"SUPERNATURAL ECO PAVILION"

Supernatural Festival and the Belgrade Society of Architects will be accepting applications on public call for the best solution of the Supernatural eco pavilion based on the principles of sustainable development. After the first round we will choose the five best solutions whose authors will be attending workshops throughout February. They will be developing further their projects with the help of Belgrade-based architectural studio 4of7 and many more domestic and foreign experts on sustainable development, green architecture, ecology and renewable energy sources. Pads/grounds will be available at the Belgrade Society of Architects office, Kneza Miloša 7 street, every working day 8AM-14PM.
